Terms of Service
1. Overview
By using this website, you agree to the terms outlined here. These Terms of Service govern your use of CannonPC online store, including all products, services, and transactions.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Please note that new gaming computers may face delays if parts ordered are delayed. In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and we are not liable for this extended delay.
3. Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or incorrect products. However, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if the customer simply changes their mind, unless there is a plausible reason such as the product being defective or not matching the description provided at the time of purchase. The following conditions apply:
- The product must be shipped back with all original packaging and accessories, in the same condition it was received. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
- If the product is damaged due to incorrect packing by the customer, or parts/accessories are missing or show signs of misuse, we reserve the right to refuse the return or withhold a refund.
- If gifts or accessories included with the purchase are not returned, we may withhold a portion or all of the refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or damaged on arrival.
4. Payments
We accept payments via major bank cards, PayPal, and Shopify's payment system. All payments must be completed before the order is processed.
5. Warranty
Refurbished PCs:
All refurbished PCs come with a 6-month warranty, starting from the date the item is declared as sold. If any hardware faults arise during the warranty period, please contact us for either a parts replacement or a full PC replacement, depending on what is available. For used component replacements, we cannot guarantee exact matches, but we will provide like-for-like replacements. For example, if your RAM is faulty, we will aim to replace it with a similar kit matching the speed and size, though the manufacturer may vary (e.g., a Kingston RAM kit instead of a G.Skill RAM kit).
This warranty covers only natural faults or damages. If there are signs of physical damage, misuse, tampering, modification, or customization (e.g., scratches, dents, cracks, or water damage), your warranty may become void. The warranty does not cover software issues or external faults that cause the PC or parts to malfunction.
In the rare instance that your item becomes faulty, we aim to repair or replace the item within 30 working days from the time we receive it, provided it is within the warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and an invoice must be provided.
New PCs:
All new items come with a standard 6-month warranty for parts and labor, starting from the date of sale. This warranty covers damages or faults occurring naturally. Similar to refurbished PCs, the warranty may become void in cases of physical damage, misuse, tampering, modification, or customization. We aim to repair or replace faulty parts within 30 working days of receiving the item, provided the warranty is still active. Software issues are not covered, and the warranty applies only to the original customer with proof of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our company’s liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. CannonPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages. We do not accept liability for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as parts delays for new gaming PCs, customs processing, courier delays, or other external factors.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using the products as intended. Improper use or modification of the product voids the warranty and may result in a refusal of any claims or returns.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We only collect data necessary for completing transactions (e.g., payment and shipping information), and all data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR regulations. We do not store personal data beyond what is required for payment processing and shipping.
