CannonPC Warranty

Clear cover for refurbished PCs.

Every refurbished PC sold by CannonPC includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is there to protect you from covered hardware faults and to make the repair process straightforward if something goes wrong.

01

6-month cover

Applies to refurbished CannonPC systems from the date of purchase.

02

Hardware focused

Covers eligible hardware faults under normal use, subject to inspection.

03

Repair or replace

Covered faults are repaired or replaced with like-for-like parts where possible.

What is covered

Refurbished does not mean uncertain.

If a covered hardware fault appears during the warranty period, CannonPC will inspect the PC and repair or replace the affected part where the issue falls within warranty.

Replacement parts are like-for-like where possible. If the exact part is unavailable, we may use an equivalent part that performs to a similar standard.

Included before dispatch

  • Windows 11 Pro installed and updated.
  • Graphics drivers installed.
  • Stress testing for temperatures and stability.
  • Final checks before shipping.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, tampering, unauthorised repairs, customer modifications, software problems, data loss, cosmetic wear that does not affect function, or issues caused by external accessories or customer-installed parts.

How to make a claim

Contact CannonPC with your order details, a clear description of the issue, and any useful photos or videos. Proof of purchase is required. We will confirm the next steps before any return or inspection is arranged.

Repair timing

Once the PC has been received and the fault is confirmed as covered, CannonPC aims to repair or replace the item within 30 working days where possible.

Custom builds

Custom refurbished builds are covered in line with the agreed quote and warranty terms. New-part custom builds may also include manufacturer warranties on individual parts.
