Shipping Policy

At CannonPC’s, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how shipping works for both our refurbished and new gaming PCs.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the following zones:

  • Zone 1: Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • Zone 2: Select European countries (Zone 2 based on postage prices)
  • Zone 3: Additional European countries (Zone 3 based on postage prices)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
  • We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Shipping Times

Refurbished Gaming PCs:

  • Zone 1 (Ireland and Northern Ireland): Orders will arrive in 1-3 business days with express shipping.
  • Zone 2 and Zone 3 (Europe): Orders will arrive in 4-7 business days with express shipping.

New Gaming PCs:

  • New gaming PCs are built to order, meaning that they require additional time for assembly and testing.
  • Shipping times for new gaming PCs will be extended by approximately 7-12 business days. For example, in Zone 1, delivery will take 8-15 business days.

Order Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking information, which will be sent to you once your package is shipped.

Damaged Items & Insurance

  • Zone 1 (Ireland and Northern Ireland): All packages are insured. In the event that a package is damaged during transit, CannonPC will take full responsibility for the product and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on your preference.

  • Zone 2 and Zone 3 (Europe): While insurance is not provided, if your product is damaged in transit, you can return it at your own expense, and we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on your choice.

External Shipping Delays

CannonPC is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or natural disasters.

Important Information About New Gaming PCs

Please note that new gaming PCs take longer to ship than refurbished PCs because they are assembled after your order is placed. This process ensures that every new PC is custom-built to your specifications and thoroughly tested before shipment. We appreciate your patience during this time.
