About CannonPC

Built by Jack Cannon.

I started CannonPC at 16 to make high-performance computers more affordable, less wasteful, and easier to trust. Every available PC is refurbished, rebuilt where needed, tested properly, and prepared before dispatch.

In 2025, I won Ireland's national Student Enterprise Programme after competing against more than 30,000 students. That pushed CannonPC from a small idea into a serious business with a clear mission: give good hardware a second life and help more people get the PC they actually need.

Impact

Refurbished with purpose.

CannonPC has helped prevent more than 1,500 kg of e-waste from going to landfill by reusing quality components and rebuilding systems carefully. The goal is to pass 5 tonnes of e-waste saved by our third year.

That matters because a refurbished PC should not feel like a compromise. It should feel clean, reliable, fairly priced, and ready to use from day one.

Recognised in Irish esports.

Jack was recognised by the Ireland Esports Federation as its Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025. The award highlighted CannonPC's work upcycling used parts into high-performance gaming PCs and showing how young builders can create real value in Irish esports.

Through that feature and ongoing connection with Ireland's esports community, CannonPC has been able to show that gaming, enterprise, and sustainability can work together: better access to reliable computers, built with care instead of waste.
